Instructions
Click the button above to access the Google Sheet that contains the template. Column A contains a space to add each of your team members. Column B is where you'll list the projects each team member is responsible for. The next columns are spaces to input the description of the project, how much effort the project will take, when the project is due, and the project status.
Make a copy of the Google Sheet so you can add all the necessary information to keep your team's projects on track. You can add as many rows and columns as you need.
